As stated on Request for Work Form: Any information collected is confidential and used only to determine scope of work, eligibility of our services and contact information (utilized after request is accepted). Email address will not be given to any third party businesses or used for any promotional marketing unless further specified. Jobs will be accepted on an individual basis. Noble Energy Conservation Inc. reserves the right to refuse any request due to driving distance needed, incorrect address provided,  scope of work outside the company's area of expertise/comfort, and/or scope of work not clear or precise.

Work that is in-Progress or Completed:

Authorization that is signed by customer before work begins on Work Order states: I (customer) hereby state that I am the [owner] [authorized representative of the owner] and I give authorization to perform the above requested work. I understand and agree to pay for said work immediately upon its completion, unless prior arrangements have been made. Should I fail to pay as agreed, I will be obligated to pay late charges in the amount of 1-1/2% (1.5%) per month on the unpaid balance. I further agree that in the event legal proceedings are instituted to collect the unpaid balance, I will pay all costs incurred in connection with said proceedings, including a reasonable attorney's fee.

Preventative Maintenance:

This report is for you (the customer) and us (Noble Energy Conservation Inc.) to save and reference to note the integrity of the electrical equipment inspected and detailed in this report. No information detailed in this report or other personal information gathered during this procedure or as a result of these procedures will be used, sold, or given to any one for any reason without your consent. This information will only be used to get in-touch with you (the customer) about any electrical problems that need to be addressed and the information needed to address these electrical problems.
