What is Preventative Maintenance?
Preventative Maintenance is a non-invasive way of using infrared technology to scan electrical equipment to check for hot spots or anomalies. This can inform trained electrical technicians if electrical systems need to be repaired or replaced. A Preventative Maintenance inspection is recommended every FIVE Years to maintain on-going integrity of electrical equipment.
When should I have Preventative Maintenance performed on my electrical equipment?
Preventative Maintenance should be performed when purchasing or selling a property with electrical equipment. We also recommend getting a Preventative Maintenance Check every 5 Years.

What do I get with Preventative Maintenance?
Upon completion of inspection you will receive: A "Full Scale Report" with information about your inspection. This report will inform you that your equipment is working correctly and/or recommend any repairs or replacements needed. A quote for any repairs or replacements. A Summary detailing all important information found during inspection process.
What will we need from you?
We will need to gain access to the building where the electrical equipment is located. This will NOT require a shutdown of any equipment unless further specified. If any equipment needs to be shutdown you will be notified and have time to notify tenants and/or employees. All new customers are subject to payment upon completion.
